Oil fired central heating, solid fuel burner; electricity and fuel are included in the rent, travel cot and high chair, televisions in sitting room, conservatory and and main bedroom, DVD player, CD player, radio, two dishwashers, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, bed-linen and towels also included in the rent.
Fishing:
Coarse fishing is available locally and fly fishing in the River Cerne, (a local rod license would be required).
Local amenities:
South Cerney is an attractive 10-minute walk from Crane Farm. The
village has a post office, shop, three pubs and an Indian restaurant
& take away. There is a bus service from the village to Cirencester
or Swindon, where further links are available and in Swindon the
train station is within walking distance of the bus station. Kemble
railway station is approximately 6 miles away. Nearby there is golf,
horse riding and most water sports. Several pretty walks are on
the doorstep of the house. Cirencester has a full range of shops, a twice-weekly market and
monthly farmers market, a sports centre with swimming pool and also
an outdoor pool open during the summer.
Crane Farm is a no-smoking property and one well-behaved pet is welcome. Please note that there are sheep kept on the farm. There is parking for at least three cars.
